Dr. DeLeon’s dissertation (2007) is “Perceived Organizational Effectiveness of Facilitating Productivity during the Grief Recovery Period among Healthcare Employees.” Dr. DeLeon works in the healthcare industry as a vice president of human resources and senior leadership executive. Her passions are management and leadership development with a particular passion for developing young women in life and leadership-helping women gain confidence to succeed in the workplace.
