Difficult situations in life are unfortunately, an integral part of life. And less pleasant (‘negative’) emotions are natural and known to every person. This books has a goal to encourage You and to teach You to better deal with both. “Storms come and go and no matter what mess and devastation they leave behind, what is important is how You emerge from them.” “Every ‘negative’ emotion clears the path and opens the door for a positive one.” Imagine that on one side of the door there is sadness and on the other side happiness, On one side rage, on the other tranquility, On one side hate and on the other side love. You have to open the door to cross to the other side.” Digression is a powerful ‘tool’ in psychotherapy with which we break the vicious circle in which people fall into, whether it’s an unpleasant topic that is talked about, emotions they are currently experiencing, thoughts they are thinking. I am using digression here also to break the vicious circles of bad feeling and start new ones made of beautiful things, inspired by positive, comforting words. That word is like a seed from which a beautiful plant grows. Yours is to keep nurturing it. Alone or with someone close to you, but nurture and you will receive fruit every day.
