There is no person, place or thing in life qualified to make you feel less than you should. God placed us here to be a help mate, not a doormat. Use this tool to reflect, document and build. It’s for you and only you, and for your eyes only. It’s sort of a diary or journal. If you choose to elaborate with others you can, but is not required.
