Every storm surge begins with decrease: the fallen hero syndrome. The tide goes way out–nothing–then surges–everything. Victory is preceded by great humbling/humiliation but for every failure there is restoration. Repentance wipes the slate clean and we’re whole again. But now whole remember: If you’re a thinker or tinkerer, you gotta MANAGE PEOPLE. You must have hours, protectors, locked doors. BUT: in the world the SOCIAL is the whole thing–it degrades into corny personalities and true genius is a rarity. That I’d rather stay home alone than go to a social was blasphemy to those without goals. Loyalty to the group transcended autonomy but I wanted LIBERTY. Every time I went out I wished I’d stayed home. I just never left paradise again, never to roam. Nothing out there compares with life in here: if only women knew this life would finally seem fair. Success is not from east or west but from God who puts one down as he makes the other renowned. Prepare to come out of obscurity! (Tho’ I know it’s like a blanket of cozy security, being burrowed in constantly.)
