De’ja Vu: Generational Victims, examines the impact on the true victims of society-those persons who frequently suffer the consequences of choices made by other persons. The question arises if we “must repeat history” or “must children bear the sins of the fathers?” The concepts are examined through the continuation of following David as he attempts to once again resume his life with family and friends. As David reunites with people from his past and has direct and indirect contact with some of the very people who were instrumental in actions of others do not just affect the life of the decision maker.
