Description

There are really a lot of psychologists and experts who reveal to us, one after the other, a secret to finally find happiness in our life. Happiness is something, of course, that everyone looks for in various aspects of life, as well as in a big variety of ways. Yet, happiness means to be anything but a sure thing, and all those who are finally able to find it are indeed rare in this world, since there are many factors that determine we will really find it in today’s life. Is there then some big secret or a specific strategy to acquire the happiness feeling? In reality, a good number of counselors, social workers, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals seem to have something very interesting to suggest being truly happy or at least a lot happier than we are now.1.1. The feeling of happiness, if we follow our intuitionOne of the biggest secrets consists indeed to follow our personal intuition. The truly charismatic therapists can listen carefully what we say to them, but in any case, they also include in their comprehension everything being not expressed properly through words. They listen to our deepest personal truths by making them be reflected on ourselves at the same time. There are many times that when people feel very stuck somewhere in their way of thinking or have symptoms of anxiety and depression, it could mean that they are not fully committed to their true desires.Let us not forget this: following our personal intuition or instinct is really one of the great secrets of happiness. Let us all remain faithful to who we really are inside, without giving in to any kind of guilt at all, to the feeling of shame or much worse to the will of other people around us. We will see that, even though it might as well seem a bit awkward at first, a while after we will be much more focused and pragmatic by having ourselves as our primordial concern.1.2. The feeling of happiness proceeds directly from the kind of relationships we keep with all the other people around usSadly, it’s generally said that having multiple, genuine relationships with our close friends and family members and so on and spending time with them is not so much to be welcomed by our society as much than the disproportionate fact of making money or acquiring a luxurious home. But it is precisely these things that increase the level of our true happiness. Of course, we would all agree that the key to happiness is precisely to find and thus experience close life relationships that offer us the feeling of security and psychic bonding. If these relations are the most capable ones to appease both voices of guilt and condemnation deep down in our heart and on the other hand to develop also the feelings of goodness, compassion and especially that one of empathy which gives us exceptionally the chance to understand deeply other people’s feelings even without having experienced just the same life experience, our hearts will be then widely open to joy and true happiness. In other words, let us not forget that all what makes people truly happy and in a good enough health condition too, means to be exactly the quality of their relationships with their friends and life companions. What we call happiness, over time, has totally everything to do with our personal interconnections. So, let us try to invest a lot of our time into this key-domain of our life. Finally, we know very well that during the later life years of the man, all the people want to know for sure and specially to remember how deeply much they have loved, as well as have been loved at the same time in their life. Therefore, to achieve happiness in our life…{…}
