The “traditional” treatments for depression and anxiety are weeks or years of counseling, or “talk therapy” and/or medication. These treatments often fail because they don’t address the root cause of the illness. The process I have developed is a concrete tool to reduce or eliminate depression or anxiety which doesn’t require weeks of therapy or medication, and which can be done at your own pace in the privacy of your own home. Some people may take ten minutes to get relief, some may take an hour, a day, or a week. Most experience a significant amount of relief at first, and then more and more as the days and weeks go by. Some people actually eliminate their problem altogether in the very beginning of the process.
