Abraham Maslow is popular within academia for his famous hierarchy of needs. It is the same person who once stated to picture a burn victim to feel better about oneself who at one time was very much different. Maslow was a young man who did not agree with the tactics of law or the cold-hearted nature of the medical field. Maslow spoke of himself as perhaps receiving a better education than anyone ever because of who his teachers were. Maslow was a university educator and one-time president of the American Psychological Association. He has published multiple great works and grows from a shy young lad to a bold and determined leader.
