My Little Yellow Book of Personal Questions That Evoke Change: A Lined Writing Notebook for Unorthodox Goal Setting and Achievement
$5.39
Description
Do you have something you absolutely must accomplish? You have a vision you want to realize? Hers is an unconventional way of setting and achieving your goals with great pleasure and enjoyment
With the use of this notebook you can achieve any goal that you set yourself to achieve, and you will do this by turning your goals into a form of a question. Just one question.
This is a lined writing journal with no lessons or information inside. It is designed to help you achieve your goals by programming your mind to achieve your goals. These goals can be personal development goals, financial goals, relationship goals and literally any goals you desire to achieve.
Here is how it works… Your subconscious is a non-critical, non-judgmental targeting machine that works just as the GPS navigation for your car. You put in your destination and the navigation leads you there. It doesn’t criticize your destination; it doesn’t ask questions. It simply takes your input and provides you with the best way to achieve it. Your subconscious works exactly the same way. It’s non-critical and non-judgmental, which means it takes everything you feed it at face value.
By turning your goals into a question that you will ask yourself every day, you will engage the subconscious and begin the process of taking control of your programming.
After you have established your goals and the question you will ask yourself, then ask yourself that same question every day for the next 30 days (faithfully) and see the results for yourself. After you achieve your desired outcome, you may continue your journey by setting other goals and a question.
Here is an example: Let’s say my goals are:
1.To be a great husband to my wife
2.Be a great dad to my children
3.Make a million dollars per year
4.Be a bestselling author and
5.Be in great health
My one question will be: “How can I be a great husband to my wife, be great dad to my children, and be a bestselling author who makes a million dollars per year, and be in great health at the same time?”
I will then ask myself this same question every day for the next 30 days. Because the brain is “lazy” by default, if that questions is unanswered, the brain starts looking for ways to solve the challenge or answer that question so that it can go back to default. By reprogramming your mind to focus on resolve (through the question), you develop the ability to change your approach to challenges you are facing.
While the time of the day you do this is not of much importance, I have found it more beneficial to do this task in the morning before you start responding and reacting to life in general.
