Self-Reflection as Hsp with Dissociation

Description
I am really a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and a HSS (High Sensation Seeker). For self-reflection, I took the time, because it does not happen at once. Gaining insight into what I have experienced does not go fast either. I do not have to criticize myself, I am as I am. Being open to what can be improved, yes. It turns out that adversity emotionally outweighs positive moments. Knowing that I can have a more pleasant time after an unpleasant period encourages me to continue. Living on the day, on not only working on my past and not planning my future in advance in a strict way, I like it. Everything happens on his own time. I am aware of how I am, of how I think and of how I feel: my inner life. I am also aware of how other people can be, do and think: the outside world. However, it starts from myself, how I can live in balance with all possible stimuli. The therapy has shown me in the meantime that I can be myself. It takes a lot of effort not to live only with the mind. I have had to suppress my feelings from an early age, but I realize that also feelings need to be developed in order to be able to take full advantage of life. With perseverance and focusing on what I find really important, I will become more and more balanced as a human being. I am ready to accept myself as I am and to show it to the outside world. That is because I am now happy that I am highly sensitive.
