THE TIMELESS NOW is the story of my transcending the grief I suffered after the loss of my Mother. She was my best friend and I spiraled into an abyss of grief from what I thought was an evolved spiritual consciousness … into a forgetfulness of the incredible Light her soul brought my life. Though so many years have passed, it will always feel like it just happened yesterday. The pain I was left in became the crossroad I stood in. It nearly devastated my life. I was forced to find a way to survive. The Timeless Now is the story of that spiritual journey. Emerging from behind the walls of sacred temples, from under the tutelage of Light Workers from many paths and traditions, I learned how to shift perspective and escape time and the lies it told. I began to learn how to overcome my attachment to feelings of grief through surrender in meditation. I embraced the practice of “I Die to My Ego Self” to rise out of the pain of suffering, heartache, and sorrow. In The Timeless Now you will study the powerful meditation practice that helped me to overcome illusions that once held me in bondage to feelings of unbearable grief and fear. This practice is a pointing to what is already within us, just waiting to be awakened. It inspires a dynamic shift in awareness … a gentle letting go of the limiting, crippling illusions that can ultimately destroy the quality and meaning of life. The Sacred Law of Impermanence declares that everything must change. You will learn to resist clinging to the changeful delusion that temporary feelings and states will last forever. You will learn to strip away all illusory identities and embrace the changeless, essential Being that cannot be diminished by transient feelings and circumstances. From the changeful world, we rise together in consciousness to affirm that only the unchanging is real. Only the Timeless Self is real. Only the Timeless Now is real.
