Description

“Uncovering and Healing Your Woundedness,” was originally written for African American Women but is relevant to women today who have experienced or are still experiencing emotional, mental pain and turmoil. Often times these emotional and mental pains are associated with all too common life situations that we encounter, such as: sexual abuse, domestic violence, failed marriages, physical abuse, unfaithful partners, addicted family members, job stress, sexual assault, death of loved ones, discrimination, lost relationships and abandonment by our fathers, just to name a few. Uncovering and Healing Your Woundedness addresses these issues and provides opportunities for healing, growth and “forgiveness” so that the reader can “move on” to a life that is productive, vibrant and empowered.
